Payment can be made in cash on collection.  Payment can also be made with Paypal online following order confirmation, (even if you do not have a Paypal account!)  We will send a Paypal invoice to your email address after we have confirmed your order.
 
Your order must be paid in full prior to delivery.  If you unfortunately need to cancel your order, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice.   If this is not possible, the balance for the cupcakes will still be charged, however costs for stand hire/delivery etc will not.
 
For all wedding/corporate orders, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance must be paid 3 weeks before your event.
 
Personalised Cake Toppers
 
If you require personalised cake toppers, please email your image (up to a maximum of 12) to enquiries after you have placed your order.
 
Delivery
 
Collection is encouraged as cupcakes are fragile, however we can arrange to have your cakes delivered in the Glasgow / Lanarkshire area (15 mile radius of Bellshill)  NB. delivery is only available on orders of 12 cupcakes or more.
 
Delivery charge starts from £5.00 (up to 3 mile radius) - please check delivery price on ordering.
 
Please note delivery slots are limited, so to avoid disapointment please book well in advance.
 
 
Collection / Delivery Time
 
Please note that delivery or collection times will be confirmed when your order is confirmed - we usually need a 1 hour window for delivery or collection, and someone needs to be in to accept the cakes. 
 
We will try and accommodate delivery times wherever possible, however as slots are limited it is advisable to book well in advance to avoid disapointment.
